چکیده
We discuss an approach for the problem of morphing two simple differentiable closed curves composed of quadric arcs maintaining both topology and differentiability in-between. Our approach makes use of a field of directions defined on triangulations.

Image Metamorphosis based on Elastic Body Spline and Snake Model
Image metamorphosis ( For short, image morphing ) is an active eld of research and recent e orts aim at improving both user interface and warping results. Generally, the morphing technique involves three problems. The rst is to establish correspondence between given two images, which is most di cult part of morphing process. The correspondence is usually established by hand. The second problem ...
متن کاملPiecewise-Bézier C1 Interpolation on Riemannian Manifolds with Application to 2D Shape Morphing
We present a new framework to fit a path to a given finite set of data points on a Riemannian manifold. The path takes the form of a continuously-differentiable concatenation of Riemannian Bézier segments. The selection of the control points that define the Bézier segments is partly guided by the differentiability requirement and by a minimal mean squared acceleration objective. We illustrate o...
متن کاملHigh level emotional speech morphing using STRAIGHT
This paper presents high-level strategies for controlling emotional speech morphing algorithms. Emotion morphing is realized by representing the acoustic features in their timefrequency plan that is warped and modified to generate natural morphed emotional speech. These acoustic features are desirable to be decomposed into multidimensional space and to be orthogonal. After matching these acoust...
متن کاملTowards Open-Set Identity Preserving Face Synthesis
We propose a framework based on Generative Adversarial Networks to disentangle the identity and attributes of faces, such that we can conveniently recombine different identities and attributes for identity preserving face synthesis in open domains. Previous identity preserving face synthesis processes are largely confined to synthesizing faces with known identities that are already in the train...
